Every year, the City of Vancouver and Park Board seek feedback on a variety of topics, including citywide strategic plans like the Zero Waste Strategy, neighbourhood plans, and operational plans like the budget.

  • Heather Street Lands
     Heather Street Lands

    We have been working with the site owners, the MST partners, and Canada Lands Company to create a policy statement to guide future redevelopment of this 8.5 (21 acre) site. We've also been working to create three distinct conceptual site plans.

    The following will be focused on obtaining feedback from the public related to housing types, land uses, transportation, public amenities, building forms and heights. At the final round of open houses, the preferred concept and draft policy will be presented for public review and input.

    Strathcona Community Centre needs assessment project

    The Strathcona Community Centre (SCC) needs assessment is a four-month long study to determine the current and future needs of Strathcona community members, in order to make appropriate plans for the future of the community centre. The study will be completed by Nov 31.
