Keynote Speaker: André Picard

Andre Picard is one of Canada's top health and public policy observers and commentators.

He reports for health for the Globe and Mail, is releasing a book in Vancouver on May 25, Matters of Life and Death: Public Health Issues in Canada, and has spoken about the illicit drug crisis in Vancouver.
