Tax Instalment Prepayment Plan

The Tax Instalment Prepayment Plan (TIPP) automatically deducts the property taxes you owe from your bank account.

The TIPP offers two ways to prepay your taxes:

  • Monthly balance
  • Balance only

The plan helps you pay next year's taxes conveniently. No more forgotten or last-minute payments!

Important note The TIPP can't be used to pay current or overdue taxes, so make sure the tax notice is paid before you join.

The TIPP can't be used to pay your Empty Homes Tax (Vacancy Tax).
